Starter includes 2 rounds, Growth includes 3, and Authority includes unlimited revisions. A revision round means you give us consolidated feedback and we come back with a revised draft. We respond to every note and explain our decisions so you understand the reasoning, not just the change.
We've written for home services, SaaS, e-commerce, B2B software, food and beverage, professional services, and more. We are not specialists in one industry. We are specialists in persuasion applied to whatever the client sells. We do extensive research before every project.
A completed creative brief, which we send you after you order. It covers your audience, your offer, the problem you solve, competitors you're aware of, and any examples of copy you like or don't like. Some clients also do a 30-minute onboarding call. Either way, the research phase is collaborative.
We don't treat SEO as a separate track. We write for readers first, because search engines have gotten very good at rewarding content that humans actually want to read. If you purchase the SEO keyword research add-on, we build a keyword map before writing and incorporate it naturally into the copy.
Yes. We read extensively before starting: your existing website, emails, social posts, any brand voice guidelines you have. We interview you about tone. First drafts are intentionally closer to your current voice, and we adjust from there. By round two most clients say the copy sounds like a better version of themselves.
Rush draft is available as an add-on. It compresses the timeline by roughly 50% and moves your project to the front of the queue. Rush is not appropriate for projects where there is no existing brief material to work from. If you're starting completely from scratch, even rush projects need a minimum discovery window.
We build in measurability guidance with every project. We recommend A/B testing for high-traffic pages and email sequences. We can walk you through the metrics to watch and what thresholds suggest the copy is working vs needing adjustment. We can't control the traffic, but we can help you understand what the copy is doing with it.
Our default is American English. British English, Australian English, and Canadian English are available on request. Just specify it in your brief or when ordering. No extra charge for spelling and punctuation variants.
